I release 2 members exclusive sessions each week, these are just for members and are’t available anywhere else!
You can join me on the live stream (zoom) twice a week or do them on demand in your own time.
- Tuesday - 12pm - Metabolic Conditioning - 20-25 mins
- Friday - 09.30am - Strength & Conditioning - 40 mins
Workouts are suitable for all levels and include adaptations and variations so that you can adjust the workout to your level.
