Add some extra resistance to your workout with these weighted sessions. Adding weights into your routine can make your workouts more effective by building more muscle, strengthening your bones and helping increase your metabolic rate. 

Not sure which weight to choose? Work with a weight that you feels tough for the last few reps but you can still manage with good form.

15 MIN STANDING ABS  – NO JUMPING

This routine is designed to help you burn fat and gain strength while staying healthy and defending against weight gain. With this routine, you’ll be on your way to a leaner, more muscular body – without ever having to jump or use any crazy equipment! I’m using just 1 x 3kg dumbbell in this routine, you can use whatever you have to hand or do it without any weight at all! 

FULL BODY MENOPAUSE WORKOUT

I’m using a set of 3kgs but feel free to use whatever is good for you. Generally you should feel that the last 1/3 of the set is hard but achievable with good form.
