I’m Kirsty, a fitness professional who specialises in helping women stay strong, active and confident through midlife. I created Strength & Bloom in 2022 after years of working as a personal trainer with women navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
As our bodies change, the way we exercise often needs to change too. Strength training, joint-friendly movement, balance work and metabolic fitness all become incredibly important for maintaining energy, protecting bone health and supporting long-term wellbeing.
That’s why every workout I create is designed specifically with midlife women in mind.

The heart of Strength & Bloom is my YouTube channel, where you’ll find a growing library of follow-along workouts designed for women over 40.
These include:

Weekly live classes on a Tuesday at 12pm & Friday 9.30am UK time
All workouts are completely free to access and designed so you can exercise safely and confidently at home.
