Work through this 21 day STRENGTH & TONE plan with me from the safety and comfort of your own home. I’ve designed this session specifically for members of the Strength & Bloom Community.

We’ll be working on all areas of your body over the 3 weeks to improve your muscle mass, metabolism and confidence. The only equipment you’ll need for this set of workouts is a mat or soft surface, no other weights needed aside from your own bodyweight.

You can do the sessions daily or fit them in with additional rest days in between, it’s your choice.
