BUILDING STRENGTH FOR LIFE

This Building Strength for Life 31 day programme is designed to take you through 4 specific weeks to enhance health, build strength and supercharge your confidence. Week 1 is all about Building Foundations so we focus on moving your body in functional ways with and without weights.  Week 2 is Building Momentum, consolidating the work we did in week 1 and developing it further in terms of time and complexity of movements. In Week 3 we are Building Power where we increase the demands on your body through both time and resistance. Week 4 is the final full week and we are Maximising Results, by now you’ll be used to many of the exercises. The Final Stretch is the last 3 sessions and here we take on 3 of the longer sessions as well as celebrate your achievements over the 31 days. 

You can do the sessions daily or fit them in with additional rest days in between, it’s your choice.
