Over the next 21 days, I’ll guide you through a thoughtfully curated program that blends strength-building exercises, flexibility and mobility sessions, and restorative practices to help you thrive inside and out.

Each day, you’ll engage in a new 20-minute workout session tailored to your fitness level, with modifications provided for every exercise with a daily nutrition tip to help to nourish your mind as well as your body. 

I’ll incorporate the use of dumbbells, a chair, and simple movements that will challenge yet encourage your progress.
