Embark on a transformative journey with Balance, Build & Bloom, this series has been specifically designed to empower women aged 40+ to embrace strength, balance, and holistic well-being.

What to Expect: Over the next 21 days, I’ll guide you through a thoughtfully curated program that blends strength-building exercises, flexibility and mobility sessions, and restorative practices to help you thrive inside and out. Each day, you’ll engage in a new 20-minute workout session tailored to your fitness level, with modifications provided for every exercise. I’ll incorporate the use of dumbbells, a chair, and simple movements that will challenge yet encourage your progress.

  • Weeks 1-3: Gradually progress through a structured workout plan focusing on strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
  • Nutrition Tips: Each session includes practical nutrition advice to complement your fitness journey, helping you fuel your body with essential nutrients.
  • Mindfulness & Relaxation: Enjoy days dedicated to gentle stretching, meditation, and reflection, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
  • Support & Growth: Every day, you’ll receive guidance to adapt exercises to your needs, celebrate achievements, and set goals for the journey ahead.

You can do the sessions daily or fit them in with additional rest days in between, it’s your choice.
