CORE STRENGTH BOOSTER PLAN

This plan is focused on developing core strength and stability through a variety of exercises, some standing and some on the mat. Many of these workouts also target other body parts too so you’ll be sure to increase your total fitness. 

Join me every day for 2 weeks as we work through a variety of different exercises, some weighted and some bodyweight only and look forward to a stronger core in no time at all!

You can do the sessions daily or fit them in with additional rest days in between, it’s your choice.
